The recent cyclone caused damage to my property and the extra workload with other properties in the area also being damaged hardly slowed them down. Their backend systems are also good, giving end of years statements and having the ability to provide partial year statements. Contract renewals are smooth and their market knowledge helps you decide on what rent to charge. Their knowledge of the legislation is good, covering changes, like smoke alarms for instance, and it all helps take the load and stress off.

the agent is very accommodating and answers even simple queries. He even calls or lets his assistant send us an email to make sure our concers are addressed. They also respond to concerns very timely.
