As most of us have experienced, rental tenants are at the mercy of agents and owners. Our last 2 leases ended in tears with these people discarding us like curbside pickup, all in the name of profit. This year we encountered the exception to the rule. When the owner got weird, Troya recognised the value of of 2 fulltime workers that paid rent and took care of the property. She fought for us, and when the dispute was lost, she immediately found us 2 options. Its nice to know people like her are out there.

Extremely efficient and always polite and kind staff. Never waited very long on the phone when I called them. Any issue with the property was solved quickly. Exiting the property at end of lease was smooth and easy. Cant recommend this team enough.

I rented a property through EResidential agency from 2014 to 2026. During that time I found property managers Ivan and Sonya to be polite and helpful if I had a query. Rent inspections were professional and unobtrusive. Necessary repairs were carried out promptly. Communication was open and honest via email and over the phone. I highly recommend EResidential and the above named agents and would rent with them again if I were to return to the Sunnybank/ Mt Gravatt area
