Grant went above and beyond to help us rent our property out. He knew the market well, he was respectful and honest with us about our property value. Grant has enthusiasm and a passion for what he does and he shared that with his colleagues. Grants passion made us feel comfortable with him and Euan. You never felt like too many questions were a hassle for them to answer. Grant was helpful with our tenant, getting the electricity connect, which is something we appreciate. Happy tenant, happy landlord. Both Grant and Euan have attention to detail and nothing is too much for them to manage.
