The property manager was friendly and approachable. The team members in the office were friendly and patient and reminded me to sign documents on time. All staff took the time to explain things to me. The rental unit was clean when we moved in. They were considerate and made the keys available, so I didn't have to travel to their office.

Josephine worked diligent in very challenging circumstances regarding cleanup/insurance (yet to be resolved) & gaining a new tenant. A difficult & messy procedure but she was great.
