Agencies in Toowong, QLD, 4066

Having invested in residential property across Australia for 20 years, I am thoroughly impressed by the team at Image Property Aspley, especially Larissa Jermyn. When a complex switchboard maintenance issue threatened to run wildly over budget, Larissa stepped in with exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. Through her sharp negotiation, she secured a full refund from a previous contractor and negotiated a substantial reduction on a separate inflated maintenance invoice. Her clear communication, initiative, and dedication to protecting her clients' yields are a breath of fresh air in the industry. She doesn't just manage properties, she actively advocates for owners. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, quick response times and easy to work with when finding a rental property.

The whole process was easy. The communication was top notch and very quick. I was on a strict deadline of finding a home for my family and I and our home is perfect. We love it. I recieve regular emails with step by step instructions. I highly recommend your real estate agency to anyone looking for their next property. Thank you so much for making this process so easy for me. You guys rock!!!

Amanda and Natalia were great to work with. They responded quickly, answered all our questions, and made the process smooth and straightforward. Thanks for the help!

No thanks. I don't have time to give a full review I'm sorry.

Amanda was there, onsite, at the premises, when I showed up for the inspection. She didn’t leave it to a junior but was interested in the property and prospective tenants from the first day. With her encouragement, I got my application in early and she followed up with the owner when I was considering other places. She left me a message as soon as it was approved, which was exactly the reassurance I needed. The inspection report was a breeze and she followed up with my few questions without a drama. Thrilled to be here and in this place. No hesitation recommending them as a tenant, or an owner.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Managed Property. The team is incredibly thorough, proactive, and consistently responsive, which gives me great confidence that my property is in capable hands. They stay on top of everything and communicate clearly throughout the process. Rather than waiting for issues to arise, they are proactive in identifying potential problems and addressing them early, helping to keep the property well maintained and ensuring things run smoothly for both the tenant and me as the owner. Janelle, in particular, is a wealth of industry knowledge - always willing to answer questions to support informed decision making. What I appreciate most is her attention to detail and reliability. I would highly recommend Managed Property to any property owner looking for a trustworthy, diligent, and responsive property manager.

I had an excellent experience with the team at Managed Property and highly recommend their services. They managed our property with professionalism, care, and strong attention to detail, particularly during a challenging period involving a complex and problematic tenant. Our property manager, Tim Nance, handled the situation calmly and efficiently, maintained clear communication throughout, and ensured that all matters were dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner. They also managed maintenance issues very effectively, coordinating repairs and keeping us informed at every step. In addition, Tim provided valuable assistance with the insurance process, including gathering the required information and supporting the claim. Their knowledge, reliability, and proactive approach made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Melvyn, the letting manger, also did an excellent job in re-letting the property promptly and professionally, ensuring the process was smooth and well managed. I am very grateful for their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any property owner looking for a capable, trustworthy, and dedicated property manager.

This is our second property which Janelle and the team have managed and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re so proactive, strong communication skills and make the whole experience seamless. We can thank them enough - highly recommend!
