Cass found me a tenant really quickly and had all the compliance and paperwork sorted well before they moved in. She was lovely to deal with the whole way through, easy to reach and genuinely nice to work with. Would recommend her to anyone!

Excellent communicator and very friendly. He answered all my questions and followed up with me promptly about a question he had to check.

Professionally managed property agent, transparent communication style, and I felt like I was supported in my move in.

Organiser a property inspection and registered me quickly.

We engaged Ian Jung to find a suitable tenant for our brand new apartment. Ian was responsive and always went the extra mile to maximize our prospects of success. Hard working, diligent and very pleasant to deal with - our experience with Ian has been first class.

Professional, helpful service. My partner and I are new to the country, and our agent has been helpful navigating the Australian rental system. Easy to contact and communicate with, and receptive to property concerns and needs.

Thank you to Rahil and Position Property for getting the right tenants with no delays. All went very smoothly. Good work all round.

Lianna was excellent in gathering quotes and coordinating extensive repairs on the property. She then used her market knowledge and marketing skills to lease the property to a quality tenant. Lianna's communication and professionalism throughout the process was outstanding.
