10/10 Amanda Rix The reason I have two properties managed with Ray White Bateau Bay.
From the very first phone call from the exceptance call to the final meeting has been wonderful craig and Hailey were very professional and such a joy to speak to,everything explained with ease. Friendly approachable, professional and very prompt with calls back and very quick to organise repair to first property issue.
The brand property team have kept in contact with me on the regular, they answered all my questions that I have asked and guided me where I needed to start. Brand property is the first company that didn’t look at my application as a first time renter and just put me to the side. They gave me a fight chance to be able to get my first rental and actually made the whole experience so pleasant I’m every grateful with the opportunity they have given me and helped me get my first rental. No words and honestly describe how patient, respectful and supportive they have been with someone who has no clue about the rental world. I cannot recommend any other company for new renters to go to. Brand property thankyou for your support and help
