We had Rachel help manage our recent purchase to get tenants in to rent. She was a breeze to work wish and kept us informed every step of the way with regular contact

Rachel has been the best property manager I’ve dealt with to date. From the initial inspection she communicated frequent updates with us, even updates that she was waiting on an update which was nice to hear so we knew we weren’t forgotten about. She has been very pleasant to deal with and has made the entire process seamless for us. I would definitely recommend! Thanks Rachel

Rachel went above & beyond to get us locked in to a rental. There was constant communication so we weren’t left to stress, any questions we had were answered timely. Highly recommended.

My property manager Simon and Karen took good care of my property, provide great picture when rent with no cost, good communication, fair agent commission, 100% recommended to everyone to need good service for rental property.

Ray White Sunnybank has been very helpful in assisting us to find and move into a rental. They have been exceptional in their response time to queries especially around the tie of enquiring and signing of the lease. I would use the team at Sunnybank in the future.

The staff at ray white sunny bank were amazing in every way with helping me secure a house would highly recommend them to any body to use. Their understand professionalism were of the heightist standard and communication were so helpful.
