When we acquired our investment property, we briefly used the property management service from another provider which we inherited from the previous owner. As most of us have experienced, rental tenants are at the mercy of agents and owners. Our last 2 leases ended in tears with these people discarding us like curbside pickup, all in the name of profit. This year we encountered the exception to the rule. When the owner got weird, Troya recognised the value of of 2 fulltime workers that paid rent and took care of the property. She fought for us, and when the dispute was lost, she immediately found us 2 options. Its nice to know people like her are out there.

This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. We were cautious who we would lease our property through as we have heard plenty of stories about poor performing leasing / property agents. Thankfully Belle Property have been absolutley great. Both Harry Stallman and Adele Romans have been absolutle professionals and just a delight to work with. They have just made the process so easy for us and I honestly couldn't recommend them high enough to others.
