I thank Jenaya Barret and her team for being proactive. Jenny and her team kept frequent communication with me to update regarding the lease and giving me good advice and background check of prospective tenants. The marketing was professional and excellent negotiating skills to obtain premium rent.

The team responded to my messages after hours as they knew I was stressed when our tenant vacated unexpectedly

jenaya is very good. She helps sort out problems

Nothing is to difficult for them and has always helped us when there is an issue. The service is second to none and will always help you no matter what information you need relating to either sales or rentals

Communication has been seamless. Signing documents also easy and convenient. The property had 2 minor defects and both were fixed within 48hrs of notifying reception.

Nadine Kattan is an outstanding Rental Management Agent. She has been a diligently communicative professional with exceptional proficiency, who has shown her commitment to high quality service, expertise and guidance throughout the period we have known her. We have appreciated her ability to maintain a direct and prompt line of communication at all times, which has been deeply appreciated.

We had a great experience with Matt from Place at Bulimba. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and answered all of our questions. This is the second time I’ve used Place to rent out my house and I will definitely use them again.

Thanks for keeping great communication up and making the whole process of renting our property out easy to manage and deal with.

I engaged place bulimba to help renovate a small number of issues with a newly purchased property and then list on the market. They were able to share numerous helpful contacts who were prompt, professional and well priced. When it came to listing on the market, the time from when the photos were taken to signed lease was only 4 business days with a listing published within that timeframe! Looking forward to working with them in the future
