Agencies in Melbourne

Sky organised all the necessary compliance and I organised my painter and electrician to update the property.

Nice service. Communication clear .

I’ve had a really positive experience with the team at Buxton Bentleigh managing and leasing my property in McKinnon over the last 4 years. The recent leasing process was handled professionally from start to finish. Communication was consistent and transparent, I was kept updated after inspections, and I appreciated receiving honest feedback and advice rather than feeling pressured into making a quick decision. The team were responsive when a few things needed attention around the changeover between tenants, and overall I felt they genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for both the property and the incoming renters. Property management and leasing inevitably comes with the occasional issue to work through, but what matters to me is having an agent who communicates well, is practical and gets things resolved. That’s been my experience with Buxton Bentleigh. Very happy with the result and would happily recommend the team.

I'm appreciative of the property management team at Ray White West Realty for co-ordinating the rental checks, managing trades and leasing out my property. Although it took longer than I expected, I'm hopeful the end outcome will be a good one!

Professional and responsive throughout the leasing process. Communication was clear, and queries were handled promptly. Overall, a positive experience and I appreciate the support provided in managing the property.

Cam and the team were awesome and made the process simple and easy, no stress involved in the whole process whatsoever. Highly recommend

We have only just recently signed our lease but the team have been super supportive and have made the whole process seamless and super easy. They are great with communication, they answer promptly and are always happy to help with any enquires we may have with the whole process. They have been flexible and willing to work with us to get our move in completed. I can definitely recommend the team off our experience so far and we are happy and excited to have this team as our property managers for our new home. We would like to thank them for everything so far. 10/10 reccomend belle property dromana for anyone looking to rent a property in the area.
