They seem to be looking out for the tenants as well as the landlords. Little touches like the welcome gifts and prompt email replies make us feel really looked after as tenants.

Cheap rent and good agent

Everything was transparent, and I had an amazing experience with Ash Mills to secure our apartment. She is wonderful to deal with, deeply professional, and transparent every step of the way. She made the entire process of getting our apartment seamless and straightforward.

The whole process went very smooth, the property was listed during Christmas holidays however the agents were so supportive. The property had 2 home open and a private viewing and was leased straight away.

LJ Hooker made the renting experience a whole lot easier, with excellent communication and lots of useful information. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!
