Other than auto reminders for one day maybe two days late rent (usually when financial year ended and sometimes my fault) or several inaccurate auto-texts about rent due that had been paid (maybe the AI code is a little unstable running on AEST), we found the staff and company to be very professional, diligent and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending them.
