Karen Mckenzie was our Property Manager she conducted herself with great communication & professionalism with any problems we had at the property she got right on to it. We would have to say she was the best Property Manager we have ever had in our many years of rentals. We would like to say she has become a good friend as well. Karen showed a lot of empathy too with our situation of us having to break our lease for that property. This made the whole experience much easier and gave me confidence throughout the process. Daniel’s knowledge of the property was excellent, and he was able to answer my questions confidently and provide all the information I needed. He also took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and were able to help me find a property that was genuinely suited for me. Once I was lucky enough to be approved for the property, the Hohm team continued to go above and beyond. They took care of all the details and made the move-in process extremely smooth and straightforward. They connected me with the building managers and provided all the relevant contacts for setting up services such as Wi-Fi and electricity, which made settling in much easier. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making the entire process as seamless as possible. The communication throughout has been exceptional. They are incredibly prompt and responsive, and any questions or requests I have are actioned within the day, if not within a few hours. Overall, I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I'm very grateful for all the support throughout the process and for helping me find exactly what I was looking for.
