She guided me through the complex insurance claim process, coordinated emergency repairs, and dealt with all the tedious paperwork with professionalism and empathy. The team at LJ Hooker helped us so much when we first moved from NSW over to WA, we had so much information given to us from the team, we were put at ease straight away after trying with at least 7 other real estate agencies, and practically being told at almost every place we went "the market is tough, good luck if you get a home in 4 weeks".
