At first, I reached out to Tate for help with the tricky situation with our property that we wanted to sale. He was very patient and responsive, always there to answer my endless questions and address my concerns. Due to our circumstances changed, we had to lease out our property instead. Nonetheless, he supported us throughout the transition from sale to leasing, provided us with genuine and practical advice and options that suited us best. Once we decided to go down the path of leasing, Alex Boyce and Nathan Budge-Welsh from the Leasing team have been very efficient and proactive in the whole process, with great communication to keep me well informed in every step of the process, they always took time to answer all my questions, yet never any pressure for me to make my decision. I also wanted to add that there were other staff in their team that stepped in to help us throughout the whole process to accommodate my schedule and need. Their great teamwork has made this whole process very seamless and efficient. Overall they’ve gone above and beyond my expectation, took away a lot of my stress and put me into ease. We have been long term landlords with Jas Stephens with three town houses in Yarraville.Our property manager Illy Bakesy has always been very professional and communicated effectively with us at all times.We regularly receive reports and market updates on our three properties.We recently had a existing tenants move out due to lease expiring but we were lucky enough to have Illy help us find new tenant with minimal fuss.In that short time between tenants Illy was able to organise some much needed repairs and improvements with no impact to new tenant.We are grateful that she is managing our properties and have trust and confidence that she will continue doing a great job.

Christine did a great organising rental ads, inspections, giving advice and updates. Very professional, friendly and approachable. Great to deal with. Mother Nature did put a damper on one of the inspections with bad rainy weather, but overall everything went well. Our rental has new tenants thanks to Christine and the team at JAS Stephens.
