This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. We were cautious who we would lease our property through as we have heard plenty of stories about poor performing leasing / property agents. Thankfully Belle Property have been absolutley great. Both Harry Stallman and Adele Romans have been absolutle professionals and just a delight to work with. They have just made the process so easy for us and I honestly couldn't recommend them high enough to others.

Highly professional communication style, but also maintained a level of personalism that made the property viewer relaxed. Rahil walked through the property with the viewer and described the features of each room before asking viewer whether I would like to proceed with an application. Overall, a comfortable and easy experience.
