I have dealt with a large number of real estate agents in my time however I have to admit being a first time seller of real estate in Ballarat I felt somewhat uneasy with the unknown. Plus living myself in Melbourne the distance away from my property added to me sense of unease!! However Tim made the process so simple and easy. From meeting myself on a Sunday over coffee to arrange the paperwork, talking me through how best to market and sell my property, suggesting how best to present my property, to calling me after every open to update on progress - Tim was the ultimate professional. One item that stood out was the no nonsense approach, there was no sky high suggested sale prices only to be wound back once I had signed on. Everything was thought through and in the end correct. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim to anyone looking to sell a property in Ballarat or buy for that matter. I my view a great real estate professional to deal with.
