They have all ways given great advice and got the best price possible for the properties. If you really want to sell your property get these guys involved , they know how to close a deal. Lance is honest, trustworthy and always comes back smiling no matter what you throw at him. That winning smile was a sign. He gets the job done quickly, efficiently, effortlessly and doesn’t make you feel as though you are bidding against yourself to get the agent a higher commission as some do. He made it happen for us (with a bit of help from above) so that the purchase ties in with the sale settlement when I felt I could take no more stress of selling and buying.
