We have been looking to buy in the area for some time. Eventually we found two similar properties with a similar price tag. We were just about to place an offer for the other property when Jack called to tip to scales. Yes there were some negotiations but it was actually the respectful way he treated us on a home open a year ago that clinched the deal. Going above client expectations is another of his strengths. She beautifully decorated and staged my home and even went above and beyond by vacuuming, polishing, using the pet hair roller and steam iron and the outdoor blower and weeding the garden! Shahbaj was easy to deal with from the start. He adapted well after our initial conversations when my timeline sped up and he was able to help me get everything ready in a timely manner. He was receptive to suggestions in relation to advertising which was well received on my end. In the end he got me an amazing deal, more than anticipated.
