The invoicing system is very helpful and summarises everything you need at tax time in one document ready to be sent to the accountancy. I was regularly updated on maintenance and inspections. Generally when a maintenance issue was raised they already had a few quotes to solve the issue. Inspections always came with an offer to attend and included detailed pictures and notes on the status of the property. As a property owner living a few hours away from the home this made making decisions so much easier with the property being completely managed.
