She quickly costed the requirements for the second strategy - painting, carpeting and display furnishings. Jade well understood the benefits (not necessarily obvious) of the apartment's location and precinct-like environment and this helped stimulate added interest in the successful sale. Her negotiation style was direct and fair, highlighting the difference between a sale to an investor versus sale to an owner occupier.
