Steph was very professional and a good communicator, which made what is a challenging process more comfortable to deal with. She was quick to answer any questions we had and to offer suggestions or advice. She had good trades people to help with touch ups at the property before sale which was very helpful as we were from out of town selling our fathers property. I think she had sound market knowledge but like many areas was taken by surprise by the effects of the global uncertainty would have on the real estate market. This made it difficult to gauge an accurate sales figure. All dealings with Steph and Purcell were efficient and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I’m writing this as a genuinely honest review, and I can confidently say that 5 stars isn’t enough. I remember initially thinking the reviews where people left their phone numbers were a bit much, but after working with Luke, I completely understand why. He never gave me a reason to doubt him and consistently showed genuine commitment to my property from start to finish. Luke was the first agent I met with to sell my house and, as a single female, I was naturally quite skeptical and cautious about the whole process, especially not wanting to be overcharged or mislead. In our initial meeting, I asked a lot of questions and really put him through his paces.
