Steph was very professional and a good communicator, which made what is a challenging process more comfortable to deal with. She was quick to answer any questions we had and to offer suggestions or advice. She had good trades people to help with touch ups at the property before sale which was very helpful as we were from out of town selling our fathers property. I think she had sound market knowledge but like many areas was taken by surprise by the effects of the global uncertainty would have on the real estate market. This made it difficult to gauge an accurate sales figure. All dealings with Steph and Purcell were efficient and professional. I would definitely use them again.
We had an extremely positive experience selling our first family home with Jason when we decided to upsize. We knew we were in competent and knowledgeable hands from Day One and we felt confident and reassured that we were being taken care of. We first met Jason at an open house for a property (we didn't end up buying). From this first meeting his communication style stood out - laid back and not aggressive, but friendly and confident. He is very good at understanding when you don't want to be called all the time, but still kept in the loop! This is what made us decide to choose him to sell our family home. His market knowledge is very strong. He knows about every sale in the suburb and the ones surrounding - even the ones not being sold by his company. He lives and breathes real estate - it's clearly not just a job for him. His communication skills are second to none. He is excellent at staying in touch without incessant phone calls. He knows exactly when to step up the communication - this is important - he won't scare away your potential buyers. His management is also excellent. He recommended tradespeople to help with fixing up our house for the sale. He has some juniors working for him on the admin side of things, when there were some minor issues he stepped in to make sure everything went smoothly. His work ethic is second to none. It doesn't matter what time of day (or night) it is - if there's momentum and offers looming, he will absolutely seize the day and make all the magic happen. We cannot recommend Jason enough for your next sale. His energy is amazing and you will be impressed.
