We had not previously sold a house and the process was a lot of work, and stress. Mark promptly assessed the property and recommended work to be done prior to marketing. Although there was a substantial number of tasks to be undertaken, everything was managed very efficiently. The trades are quite expensive, so our recommendation for others looking to sell is to have an assessment done early, to allow plenty of time for trades to assess and quote, and consider all the work without urgency. Mark's team kept us well informed during the entire preparation and marketing process. They were a great crew to work with. The result was very close to the original expectation, despite the property market being slightly soft and pessimistic due to rising interest rates, and costs of living increases.
