We recently purchased a home from Michael and have been really happy with his service. Michael was very accommodating with arranging multiple views of the property for us with third parties to assist in planning of a possible extension after purchase, which was very valuable to us. He was responsive to all our queries and when he was not able to assist, his son stepped in for continuity of service. Michael and his family made a stressful time easier, and I'd recommend him for people looking to purchase a home.

As first-home buyers, we were excited about the process, but a few things didn’t go as expected. We didn’t receive the main door key at handover, despite multiple follow-ups, and had to use the sliding door to enter and exit the house for a couple of months before finally replacing the lock ourselves. We also hoped for a more special moment with the traditional “SOLD” sticker, but received a “YEWW” one instead, which felt a bit out of place for such a milestone. We appreciate the overall effort but feel these small details could have been handled better to make the experience more memorable.

From the time we met with Tim & Justine we felt completely confident. They helped us with a strategy for preparing our home for sale which went well beyond what any other agent had formulated. Their communication was clear and considered and the expectations they set for us were realistic (in fact they got it right to the cent, albeit the cent was rounded to 100k). They have different but very complementary strengths, but most significantly they are genuine we just never felt like they were trying to pitch for a sale; just felt like they were trying to help us get a deal done.
