Melissa is a fantastic agent to deal with, very approachable, very knowledgable, and great communcation. She has made a stressfull experience as easy as it can be, would definitely deal with her again if needed!

I was very hesitant in finding a real estate agent. Had a few bad experiences over the years with "sharks." Melissa was recommended to me, and I'm so pleased she was. From our first phone call right though till sale. She was familiar with farm life and bush people and understood that we not only talk different to city people, but we have different priorities . On her first visit Melissa took a heap of photos and videos around the place. She made a few suggestions to make it more presentable for open days. We discussed prices, my expectations and current market rates. She was happy to put a fixed price as I couldn't see the point of having a high and low price, no one will go near the high price when you have advised your lowest. Melissa advised that she didn't do the actual advertising. Deb is responsible for that part. I found Deb exceptional to deal will, she did up a draft for my appraisal. When I would email or call her to discuss minor changes on one of the photos or description, nothing ever bothered Deb, made me feel very comfortable instead of anxious when I wasn't totally happy with something. The advertisement had a lot of lookers but few inquiries. But Melissa did some follow up and found a nice young couple that wanted to move out of Dubbo. The rest is history. Thanks to Ray White Dubbo. But special thanks to both Melissa and Deb for their outstanding personal service to me. Would highly recommend them to anyone that is after genuine care and honesty.
