Andy was terrific to work with. He gave advice on price in-line with our expectations, but most importantly on marketing and the areas worth spending a small amount on in advance. His referrals to contractors were great practical people. While there is some luck getting sufficient people through the door to do well at auction, his advice certainly helped increase the chances.

Jeff knew our area and was very helpful giving us all the current information. He would even take prospective buyers through our house in the evenings. He is professional, loyal and was more like a friend than a salesman.

As first-home buyers, we were excited about the process, but a few things didn’t go as expected. We didn’t receive the main door key at handover, despite multiple follow-ups, and had to use the sliding door to enter and exit the house for a couple of months before finally replacing the lock ourselves. We also hoped for a more special moment with the traditional “SOLD” sticker, but received a “YEWW” one instead, which felt a bit out of place for such a milestone. We appreciate the overall effort but feel these small details could have been handled better to make the experience more memorable.
