Jacob knew the market extremely well and provided an insightful strategy to achieve a great result. Always available, pleasant and positive, Jacob knows how to assist people not used to selling in the ordinary course. He was aware of people like painters, carpet experts, gardeners, builders, removalists, electricians and carpenters. A firm able to present and plan furnishings and art did wonders. The open house sessions, advertising and a video presentation were accurate and enticing. This was achieved at reasonable cost and helped the property sell for an excellent price. Communication was excellent throughout, a major bonus. Jacob was ably assisted by Jesse with whom he had an excellent relationship. A terrific team. I would go first to Jacob if looking to buy or sell property. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and his services.

Our property, whilst beautiful with amazing views, was very quirky and would only appeal to a narrow demographic of buyers. Ahmad kept true to his word and with the professionals around him, styled the home beautifully, arranged photography and video that captured the strengths of the property, and ran amazing marketing with high exposure. All of this resulted in a great campaign which netted us a sale price in line with with our agreed target.
