Following on to placing our offer they were quick to to relay and then respond back to. Following questions re trust account details were prompt and all future questions have been responded to quickly. Of note it was nice to see an agency with a realistic price guide. Having seen way too many properties listed with a price guide 10% or more is actually no guide for a buyer. If a seller would like a price simply list for the price. This is possibly why we were able to agree quickly on an exchange price quickly. Thank you.
Jacob was amazing throughout the sale of house. He is an incredibly knowledgeable agent, who knows the Lake Macquarie area inside out. To complicate our sale, we bought at the same time and needed to complete a simultaneous settlement. This was no issue for Jacob who steered us in the right direction throughout the purchase and sale. After a hiccup with a buyer not getting finance, Jacob moved heaven and earth to secure another buyer within 24 hours which allowed us to continue to pursue the purchase of our next family house, a week before Christmas nonetheless! An incredible outcome for us, and a testament to his work ethic and care for us as his customer! I couldn’t recommend Jacob more highly for the sale of your property.
