From the moment I stepped through the door for a property inspection I was warmly greeted by Shaelagh, received a quick rundown of the property, given a very well-presented brochure and then allowed to continue on my inspection. On completion, I had several questions regarding the property which were answered promptly. We also discussed other properties in the area, with her displaying her knowledge of the median prices, property values etc,. On informing her that of my desire to make an offer on this property Shaelagh immediately booked an appointment for me at the Huonville office to start the paperwork ball rolling.
