When the valuation was taking too long (due to high demand and wait times) and an extension for finance was required, Allison saved the deal from being cancelled, late night phone calls and genuine care to myself, as a customer was much appreciated.
In addition to my comments above, I found their communication was particularly good. Everything was tailored to my particular needs and delivered in an easy to understand manner!
