Lorraine has the ability to 'sell the entire town' if requested to do so. We knew that our house would only be on the market for a short time because Lorraine doesn't just sit and wait for buyers to call, she looks for buyers who she knows are interested in particular types of properties, in particular areas and regions. Travel is no barrier to Lorraine and she will make herself available to visit for an inspection of your property or just to come and 'check in' on her clients. She travelled 540 kilometre round trip to my property on several occasions. Lorraine will give her clients positive feedback and will gladly assist with ideas, suggestions and recommendations to improve properties. Lorraine is never a 'pushy' person and is always happy to remain at a pace that is comfortable to the buyer or the seller. She is a very special person who stays in contact long after a sale to say 'Hi!' Many more like Lorraine would make many more sales and many happy clients.

Since listing properties with Lorraine she continuously stayed in regular contact to keep us informed. Contact was not just by telephone and email, but also, face to face visits after travelling over 260 kilometres to our rural area. Distance was never a barrier to Lorraine when it came to ‘keeping in touch’. Genuine and personal professionalism with a great deal of ‘down to earth’ friendliness. Lorraine won’t wait for expressions of interest in a property. Instead, she will seek out clients who she knows will be interested. She displays respect to both sellers and buyers and ensures that both parties are more than pleased with end results. Lorraine sold our 2 properties in a very short time frame and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their property. Costing for Lorraine’s excellent service cannot be beaten.
