From the open house, to purchase of my investment property and then becoming the property manager for me. They have been very fast and efficient. Settlement took place Friday afternoon and they had the place listed for rent and open for inspection within 12 hours. We had a contract signed in 2 days and a tenant moved in the following week. 7 days from Settlement to leased. Can't get better than that
