We knew Paul a bit personally before we ever got to a professional relationship. we have bought and sold property before, but not for many years so I was pretty much starting from scratch. Despite the soft market he managed to under promise and over deliver, and that in a very efficient time frame, Realistically I cannot see how the outcome of our sale could have been better.
