From the time we met with Tim & Justine we felt completely confident. They helped us with a strategy for preparing our home for sale which went well beyond what any other agent had formulated. Their communication was clear and considered and the expectations they set for us were realistic (in fact they got it right to the cent, albeit the cent was rounded to 100k). They have different but very complementary strengths, but most significantly they are genuine we just never felt like they were trying to pitch for a sale; just felt like they were trying to help us get a deal done. Our house was 'out of area' for them but if we were to sell again we wouldn't consider listing with anyone else. Have recommended them to lots of friends and - significantly - my Mum.
