Ed was always available either in person or at the other end of the phone, and if I felt guilty about tagging him too much then there was always assistance to be had from his Katoomba office. Just like John Steed from the original ‘Avengers’ series, Ed was knowledgeable, never fazed, and relentless (he also comes immaculately presented, which enhances his likeness to Steed!). While I am an extremely satisfied vendor, I’m certain that the purchaser is also equally as satisfied with the outcome of the sale, testament to the integrity of Ed and the Theo Polous team.
