The sale was a little awkward because of the lack of communication from one of the solicitor firms, but Adam was commendable in his follow up of any issues and his diplomatic skills were certainly put to the test, which he came through with flying colours. We thank him for his efforts and appreciate the time he spent dealing with all the issues that came up in the settlement period.
