Selling our home with Gagan started as the usual agent-vendor relationship, but somewhere along the way it became much more personal. What we appreciated most was that we never felt pressured. There was never a “you need to take this offer” or “you need to change your expectations” conversation. Everything was guided by what the market was telling us. We would sit down, look honestly at the feedback and buyer response, and fine-tune our expectations and strategy as a team. It wasn't always an easy campaign. There were plenty of inspections, conversations and outside noise. Other agents approached us claiming they had buyers ready to go, and once our exclusive period ended, we could have changed agents.
