We were in a bind, having to move out of our rental in January this year. We decided to buy and spent four months before looking, missing out at an auction as well as making offers on several properties but also missing out. The last day we could make an offer and sign a contract was 20th December. We could just squeeze in a short settlement of four weeks if the vendor agreed. If we didn't secure a house that day, we had to find a rental instead which would have been incredibly disappointing as we had rented for 30 years. On 20 of Dec we met Glen from MK at a house which was first open that day. It ticked almost all of our boxes and we explained our predicament to Glen. He was fantastic, liaising with the vendors extremely quickly and professionally and totally respecting our "moving out/rental" problem. To cut a long story short, we made several offers, he liaised and we all committed to the deal that very same day, just a matter of hours! It was divine intervention (as well as Greg's tenacity, good humour and fast work!!). Further down the track, Murray was involved as well as the rest of the team, all absolutely professional and fabbo! 9 months later we are as happy as can be and I apologise that it has taken me this long to write a review!

Despite market drops Glen persisted the house should be sold providing weekly open homes for the duration of the sale and never missed a beat.

Outstanding Result in a Challenging Apartment Market We recently sold our apartment at 8/93 Caddies Boulevard, Rouse Hill through Binnie Jaura and the Ray White Rouse Hill team, and once again the experience was exceptional. What made this result particularly impressive was the amount of competing stock already on the market. Several similar apartments in the same complex and nearby had been sitting unsold for months, including a comparable three-bedroom plus study apartment that had been listed well before ours and was still on the market after our property sold. Despite those conditions, Binnie and his team generated interest quickly, secured an offer, negotiated strongly on our behalf and had the property sold in a very short period of time. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. Alex, Binnie’s EA, Bobby, Samir and the wider team were professional, responsive and extremely easy to deal with. We always knew where things stood and never had to chase for updates. Importantly, there was never any pressure to accept a price simply to get a deal done.
