I first met Adam Sutton in 2024. I was in a difficult situation and urgently needed to sell a commercial building. I was contacted by Jon Stumbles within minutes of me seeking help on Facebook. Jon referred me to his colleague Adam Sutton. Adam called me and I explained the situation and the urgency to sell. We set up a meeting to inspect the building and he gave me all the right advice and information. Adam quickly listed the building and by end of the week he already had an inspection booked for the following Monday. After the inspection he let me know the buyers had put in an offer and he continued to proceed with the sale.
