Kostya set good and accurate expectations about the property and what we would be able to get from it. He was very specific in what we could do to prepare for sale, for example which areas to target to add best value to the house. Kostya was very responsive and quick to answer messages, and went above and beyond what we expected, and made the process a lot less stressful than it could have been. Looking back, his advice on the market was spot-on and we are very happy with the sale.
