Vince was involved in the selling process with me from the very beginning and provide excellent advice on how to prepare the property for the auction to achieve the best price given the current market condition. He also advised that we stage the property and I believe this made a huge difference in the appeal of the property to any prospective buyers and definitely drew a stream of prospective buyers through the property during the open for inspection including the eventual successful bidder at the auction.
