Charlie was excellent. He was very patient with me and was an absolute professional. His knowledge of the area is exceptional. He was charming and had a delightful manner. He is conscientious, caring, and breathtakingly competent. Frankly, the staff at Nelson Alexander are brilliant. Everyone I dealt with over several months was excellent. Charlie is a perfect example of the class and professionalism that is Nelson Alexander. Well done Charlie! You are a star! I highly recommend Charlie.

Anthony was fantastic throughout the whole process. From his advice on approach in the first meeting, to timely updates after inspections, to the sale of our property, Anthony was professional, pragmatic and made everything so easy. Anthony and his team really got to know us as customers, which is rare in the property industry.
