Ryan was very responsive to my queries throughout the listing. As a buyer, I did not experience worry that he was not engaging with me at any stage through the buying process. It makes the world of difference to have an agent who is willing to pick up the phone and have a fair discussion about every matter relating to the listing. On the same token, at no stage did I feel pressured by Ryan to make a decision or to agree on a certain price point.
