We went to market in late June just as the new investment conditions were being announced as a result of federal budget changes. Interest rate rises were also expected. This was a really uncertain time to sell and buy, and Liz and Keelan helped us to achieve a fantastic price in challenging times. Their continued positivity about the sale and working closely with interested buyers ensured the house sold within a month.
