We were informed of what similar properties in the area were making, the likelihood of what price range to expect for our property and every aspect of what was happening with the sale. Dianne arranged for the property to be "dressed" with furniture and the result was stunning. That was great advice. The cost of the "dressing" proved to be money well spent as the resulting offer from the buyers proved. The Reguson families' combined efforts to achieve the best price possible was second to none and we were completely satisfied with their professional, friendly and honest approach to everything to achieve a great result.
