Very professional

Calm, Confident, Sold—Josh Delivered Beyond All Expectations

If selling a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things in life, then Josh deserves a medal, a trophy, and maybe even a statue outside the office. Because let me tell you—I was beyond stressed, crying into my coffee, stress eating tim tams and convinced the sky was falling. Enter Josh: cool as a cucumber, smooth as a Netflix binge, and apparently fluent in the language of “stressed seller.” He sold our house with such full trust and confidence that I honestly started wondering if he had some kind of real estate superpowers. While I was busy spiraling, Josh was out there working his magic, keeping everything on track, and reminding me that no, the world isn’t ending, Tiffany, we got this!” I put my faith and full trust in him, and he absolutely delivered. Not only did he get the job done, he did it with the kind of calm energy that makes you think, “Yeah, this guy could probably negotiate world peace too.” So, if you’re looking for an agent who can sell your house, calm your tears, and handle your stress while still getting results—Josh is your man. Bronte was always happy and willing to help with anything we needed.

I would be happy to pass on Bronte's name to anyone I know that is selling their home or trying to find their perfect home. She was always helpful and kind. If we had any questions she would go above and beyond to get us the answer quickly. Communications were prompt. Just a very easy going person to deal with. She made a stressful time easy.

Amazing Assistance!

Josh went above and beyond to help me sell my house, he kept me informed of each step and up to date on what as happening as it happened. He made the entire process as pain free as possible while still securing a good price for my property, and helped organise all the work that needed to be done as I was in a different state. I would absolutely reccomend him to anyone looking to sell their property!
