Whilst promising the world and then delivering an atlas might be the game of most agents. Mr Burke will first present the atlas, then point to your property and say, "Here it is. No turd polishing required. We can do hair and make up but at the end of the day the market will pay accordingly. A stand up chap that will tell you how it is. One of Victoria's finest indeed.
