I needed to sell my house quickly, and despite difficult selling conditions and a downturn in the market, Louise made it happen—selling my home in record time for a fantastic price. She was honest, professional, friendly and an excellent communicator who genuinely understood my circumstances. Her standards for presenting the house were incredibly high. She beautifully decorated and staged my home and even went above and beyond by vacuuming, polishing, using the pet hair roller and steam iron and the outdoor blower and weeding the garden! Each room was presented beautifully like a display home! I never could have done that on my own. Louise worked tirelessly to get everything perfect, sometimes staying at my house until midnight preparing for a home open. Her dedication, attention to detail and hard work were exceptional. Once we had decided to downsize and sell our house we had 3 valuations done ,Kim didn't promise us the world with over inflated value just to get the listing , he gave us an estimate $value but told us that the market will determine the actual sale price ,however he asked our dream price and he would work towards that , which in the slowing housing market he achieved a great result for us. Kim and his fantastic team are such a pleasure to deal with they made themself available any time of the day to take my calls and answer my questions , while selling your home can be a stressful time Kim worked through my concerns in a very caring and professional way. Brendan knows the area (Bedfordale) very well and developed a marketing plan on the spot, focussing on the features that would sell the property. We asked him what we needed to do to maximise the appeal and he gave very good feedback about what did and didn't need improving, to attract a buyer. Considering the amount of re-painting and polishing we thought we should do, he saved us many weeks of unnecessary work. Just focus on what's important. He was very knowledgeable about current market conditions and buyer trends, and he got the house to market in a very short time. Just one home open, and we had numerous offers, and one of those was exactly what we thought the house should sell for. Based on our dealings, Brendan is enthusiastic, realistic, hard-working and honest.
