I met Kosti when I visited an inspection locally quite some months ago. He established a very positive relationship with the whole family and worked constructively with us as we navigated the complexity of SACAT orders for our elderly family member to sell my elderly relatives house when it was time. This is the 3rd home we have trusted Rod to sell for us, & while our previous experiences were positive, this sale was particularly special to us. In the past, Rod sold our investment properties while interstate, so we never had the opportunity to meet him in person. This time was different. Rod would take the initiative to make sure everything was looking its best before an open inspection, even blowing the leaves off our driveway. On one occasion, I came outside to find him holding my toddler’s hand while I quickly ran inside to grab the blower. It was a small gesture, but it said a lot about the kind of person he is. His willingness to go above & beyond, without being asked, is a big part of why we came to trust & appreciate him. During the uncertainty surrounding the purchase of our new home, Rod kept us informed every step of the way. He was always approachable & responsive. Rod is authentic, tenacious, honest, trustworthy & professional. More importantly, he genuinely cares about the people he represents.
